    The Leadership Fabric

  • Why The Leadership Fabric?

    Because the world has changed.

    Because the rules of the game have changed.

    Because you and your organization must change ("Change before you have to" Jack Welsh).

  • How?

    It's not about performance mindset, it's about growth mindset.

    Leader & leadership development

    Organizations' transformation rely on leader & leadership (& management) attributes

    Confusion between those notions is frequent and causes failures.

    The Leadership Fabric provides clarity, meaning and practical insights on those key notions.

    Our main originality consists in:

    - differentiating leader from leadership;

    - focusing on the development of these attributes;

    - exploring History, Art & Sport to enlighten their meaning.

    Through workshops (including unique and insightful test), lectures, coaching and strategic diagnosis led across:

    • Manager vs leader vs leadership vs expert (a unique questionnaire developed with a doctor in psychometry identifies the split between the 4 different roles for each participant, and also for specific group, and the difference between skills -present- and desire -future- regarding these 4 roles);
    • Leader & leadership development;
    • Leadership & management effects on individuals and teams;
    • Culture, leader & leadership.
